Tell me about Hartford Swing Dance

Hartford Swing Dance holds a swing dance with live music on the first Friday of every month at the West Hartford Town Hall. A beginner East Cost Swing dance lession is provided from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm with general dancing afterwards until 11:30 pm. Admission varies depending on the band and discounts ($1 off) are offered to HCD members. All dances are alcohol- and smoke-free.

Hartford Community Dance, a non-profit organization, sponsors swing dances in the Hartford area. Membership is not required but does provide discounts to all HCD dances. Annual cost is $10 per year (Sept.-Sept.) and $7 partial (Jan.-Sept.).
