The Swing Out Big Band, led by Domenic Valarioti, is a true-to-form big band consisting of twenty of central Massachusetts' finest musicians performing and rehearsing on a regular basis year round. The band produces a performance of the highest professional quality. Over the past three years the Swing Out Big Band has provided music and entertainment for numerous fund raising events, ballroom dances, championship swing events, and many other functions. Their extensive musical library, constantly being updated with Big Band literature, allows them to provide authentic sounds of east coast swing, west coast swing, R & B, latin and all forms of ballroom tempoes. There is no other big band in the area that performs as often as they do, has the number of musicians on stage, or has the length or depth of Big Band literature in its library.
