Nora has been teaching various styles of swing and ballroom dance since 1995. Her diverse dance background includes that of swing, ballroom, country, cajun and zydeco, ballet, jazz and tap. She has traveled the country learning from the top instructors, competing and dancing.

• What is necessary for good connection?
• Are there different types of connection? If so, what kinds?
• Are there different degrees of connection? If so, what are they and when to use them?
• Is connection the same in all dances? If not, how to achieve these connections?
