Wedding Survival Course™
A 4-week course concentrating on the basics of Foxtrot, Waltz, and Swing. Classes are 55 minutes in duration and meet once a week. Courses begin monthly. Ideal for weddings or as a beginning class. When registering, specify the start date and section to insure your place in class. Many couples attend the course and then take 1 or 2 private lessons to work on their own song. The cost is $70 per person. Courses must be completed within the month; no carryover to another month is allowed. Individual courses and lessons may also be arranged for wedding parties and family groups by appointment. Gift certificates are available. Classes are available in Allston and Concord (Please specific location when registering.). There will be no confirmation of registration. The 4-week classes will begin on:- Sundays, at Mass Motion Dance Academy in Allston at noon, starting August 8 (4-week classes, $75 per student)
- Tuesdays, at the JMJ Dance Studio in Acton, at 8:00 pm, starting August 10 (5 weeks, $90 per person)
- Thursdays, in Watertown at the Watertown Elks at 2:00 pm, starting August 12 (4-week classes, $75 per student)
Nightclub Survival Course™
This is a 4-week course concentrating on the basics of Salsa, Swing, 4-count Hustle, Nightclub 2-Step and Freestyle. Classes are 55 minutes in length and meet once a week. Have fun out at a club or at a social function with the basics of the latest popular dances.Start dates are:
- Sundays, at the Watertown Elks in Watertown at 5:00pm, starting August 8 (4 weeks, $75 per student)
- Wednesdays, at the JMJ Dance Studio in Acton, at 8:00 pm, starting August 11 (4 weeks, $90 per student)
