The Coliseum
535 Fourth Avenue North, St. Petersburg. For more information, call 727-892-5202. Owned and operated by the city of St. Petersburg, The Coliseum is a huge hall were dances and concerts are held. There is usually a Big Band Series with a different swing orchestra each night twice a month and there is the occasional 50's Sock Hop held there. There's a Tea Dance twice a month on a Wednesday from 1 to 3:30 pm. Other events include shows and fairs but dancing appears to reign.

Mirror Ballroom
